We developed BlueOption, a tailor-made proprietary software that simplifies the employee compensation processes, making it easier for companies to manage stock options & warrants efficiently.
As a Full Stack Developer at BlueTrees, you will play a key role in developing and maintaining our proprietary software, BlueOption. Your responsibilities will include working on backend systems, optimizing APIs, and handling front-end tasks as needed. If you have a passion for technology and a collaborative mindset, we would love to hear from you.
What You'll Do
● Develop and maintain backend systems (PostgresSQL, server-side logic)
● Build and optimise APIs for frontend and backend communication (microservices architecture)
● Occasionally handle front-end tasks (JavaScript, React, HTML, CSS)
● Troubleshoot across the full stack
● Use Docker in pre-configured environments
● Collaborate on version control (Git) and code reviews
What You'll Need
● Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (Informatica) or related field
● Strong backend development skills (PostgresSQL, APIs)
● Familiarity with microservices (experience is a plus).
● Experience with front-end technologies (JavaScript, React).
● Experience using Docker
● Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills across the stack
● Proficiency with Git
● Experience with Node.js and microservices is a bonus
