We developed BlueOption, a tailor-made proprietary software that simplifies the employee compensation processes, making it easier for companies to manage stock options & warrants efficiently.
As an Account Manager at BlueTrees, you will be responsible for managing client relationships by implementing and administering warrant/option plans. Your role will involve analyzing client needs, proposing tailored solutions, and ensuring excellent customer service. If you have a client-oriented mindset and familiarity with financial and legal aspects, we would love to hear from you.
What You'll Do
● Analyze client needs and provide tailored solutions
● Draft documentation and conduct financial estimates
● Manage warrant plans and understand related legal and financial aspects
● Prepare and present information to employers and employees
● Serve as the primary contact for beneficiaries
What You'll Need
● Degree in economics, law, or a related field; experience preferred
● Strong client focus and impeccable ethics
● Basic financial knowledge; proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
● Fluent in Dutch and French
● Excellent organization and attention to detail
● Dynamic and proactive mindset
